About Our Client
Are you a skilled and experienced project manager looking for a new opportunity with a leading national general contractor? Our company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.

  • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time to meet deadlines
  • Oversee the project team including superintendent and administrative support
  • Full autonomy to drive down costs, save time and deliver value for our clients
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality of construction
  • Utilize your experience by recommending methods, materials, and layouts to reduce construction costs
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining construction documents and processing paperwork; including pay applications, etc.
  • Engage with stakeholders throughout project duration
  • Creative freedom with Multifamily projects from client acquisition to completion
  • Collaborate with project team, owners, and design professionals to solidify procedures
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Relevant experience leading ground-up construction projects of $25+ million in diverse commercial markets, including High-Rise, Multifamily, and Hospitality
  • Knowledge of permitting requirements effective in local and state operations
