Job Description

We are Phoenix's top Multifamily General Contractor, with over $2 billion in project portfolio across multiple cities and states.

Extensive project backlog, from Multifamily apartment communities to shopping malls. The ideal Assistant Project Manager candidate must have experience in Multi-Family community building; Garden/Wrap/High-rise/Mid/rise/podium construction projects (150+ units).

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Assist the PM with preparing all contracts, modifications, service orders, etc.
  • Review project logs (RFI’s, Submittals, RFC’s, CO’s) on a weekly basis
  • Prepare and assist with pre-construction meetings and agendas


Desired Skills And Experience

  • 2+ yrs of experience within Podium, Urban / High-Density, and Multi-Family communities
  • Overseeing multiple subcontractor trades and coordinating suppliers and deliveries
  • Experience with multi-family projects ranging from $10M - $100M


Perks:

  • Salary - $90K-$110K
  • Annual Bonus - 10%-20%
