• Keep up to date with market trends, material costs, and industry best practices related to multifamily construction
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, pricing, and cost estimates for multifamily construction projects
• You will review project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop a thorough understanding of all Multifamily projects and their scope

The Successful Applicant

• Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift)
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
