Jacuzzi Group, a leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment, is seeking a talented Sourcing Manager to join their team in the construction industry. With their headquarters in California and operations all over the world, Jacuzzi Group has been providing innovative wellness solutions for over 65 years. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new materials that meet Jacuzzi Group's high standards while ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of the products that they produce. The Sourcing Manager will also develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives. Please note: This is NOT a buyer, Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Manager role. We are in search of an Indirect Sourcing Manager who has experience in a national, indirect sourcing manager role. Experience in the construction industry is NOT required.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA/QC, and Marketing to ensure that products meet production goals and business objectives.
- Assess supplier performance and implement corrective measures when required.
- Conduct regular market analysis and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives by sourcing alternative materials and suppliers.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate and reviewing contracts, and maintain existing relationships.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a national, indirect sourcing role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
- Experience with cost-saving initiatives and working with international suppliers.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
