The opportunity:
The Sourcing Analyst collects, evaluates and analyzes supplier data to support the vendor governance process and leads on the review and negotiation of contracts. This role will be contract focused, including the negotiation and drafting of service contracts.
How you will contribute:

• Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary.
• Continuously evaluate purchasing programs and vendors to identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining.
• Experience in negotiating high dollar Software/SasS or other technology Agreements
• Supports teams by assisting with various departmental initiatives and projects;
• Manage relationship with key vendors and be the main contact for troubleshooting and oversight
• Analyzes information and evaluates results to develop best solution.
• Actively assists with vendor reviews and dispute resolutions including vendor issue log tracking and facilitating issue closure.
• Collects and evaluates information about potential suppliers including reference checks, financial review, evaluating risks, and other business data as required.
• Working with Category Managers, develops quarterly business review packages; participate in supplier meetings.
• Develops and maintains Vendor Management process documentation.
• Develops and publishes supplier communications to suppliers and the internal community.
• Maintain vendor database, supports KPI development and tracking.
• Drafts, reviews and negotiates price and terms on a wide range of agreements inc NDAs, Master Agreements, Vendor Contracts IT Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, etc
• Uses analytic techniques to support vendor evaluations.
• Other duties as needed or required.
• Partner with Security and Compliance as needed to ensure compliance with policies

What you will bring with you:

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Successful experience in purchasing high-volume purchases in an interactive team environment.
• 5 years’ experience in contract management and sourcing.
• Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong ability to read/interpret and write/complete/produce documents.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

If you are a California resident, the salary range for this position is:

• Southern region: $58,100 - $87,100 annually
• Central region: $61,200 - $91,900 annually
• Northern region: $65,500 - $98,200 annually

If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $55,400 - $83,200 annually.
If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $65,500 - $98,200 annually.
If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $61,200 - $91,900 annually.
