HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Build Relationships: Closely work with suppliers to provide understanding and support execution of Kellogg requirements, including code of conduct assessments, use of 3rd party auditing programs, and Survey tools. There will be contacts with external peers and relationships for benchmarking
• You are the Expert: Accountable to provide subject matter expertise (SME) function for regional Kellogg Strategic Sourcing events, by aligning with global sustainability team strategy
• Implement and Manage: You will be responsible for implementing and managing Kellogg’s North America procurement sustainability programs and initiatives to achieve our sustainability strategy. Working closely with KNA procurement and sustainability teams, you will provide strategic direction for Responsible Sourcing and Energy Category strategies in support of Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability Policy, and 2024 and beyond goals
• Support: You will not only lead but also support the execution of sustainability programs with KNA Kellogg procurement, suppliers, industry groups, support functions, and related areas. Lead technical expertise with internal and external stakeholders including RQNT, marketing, sales, and communications to ensure responsible sourcing criteria are accurately reported and support KNA program outcomes

Your Recipe For Success

• Negotiation skills
• Supplier relationship management experience
• Capable of strong collaboration and leading through influence
• Sustainability and governance experience
• Bachelor's Degree or 3-7 years of experience in a related field
