Retail Sourcing Manager Jobs

Our well-known retail client is seeking a retail sourcing manager to join their team on a long-term W2 contract (12+ months). The retail sourcing analyst will take on projects in the areas of spend analysis, project management, category support, RFI/RFP activities, and supplier management activities.

This position has the ability to be fully remote. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: AR, CO, DC, GA, FL, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA, TX, or VA. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for supply management retail programs
• Influence the strategy and product selection for relates to company retail initiatives
• Analyze and track spending & volume data
• Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders to summarize projects, conclusions, and recommendations
• Oversee various retail sourcing initiatives including sample reviews, market data analysis, program inventory management, contracting, new item launches, and more

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience using procurement tools such as Coupa is preferred
• Minimum of four years of experience in a strategic sourcing and procurement role
• F&B retail experience is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
