As a Sr. Recruiter, you will support business growth through the development and execution of targeted recruitment strategies, tracking and communication of success levels, and leveraging of metrics, ensuring a proactive approach to meeting business needs while consistently maximizing ROI.


To be successful in this assignment, candidates of interest must demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, superior organizational skills, knowledge of sourcing and talent pipelining strategies, and be comfortable developing and maintaining strong client and community relationships.


‖ Responsibilities Include


  • Building strong consultative relationships with operational leadership and collaborating to obtain job requisitions, verify qualifications and skills required, coordinate virtual and/or in-person interviews and extend job offers.
  • Demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all verbal and written interactions with potential candidates, co-workers, hiring managers and community contacts.
  • Leveraging social media platforms to promote opportunities and engage talent pools.
  • Researching surrounding areas including local populations, demographics, competitors, and labor markets in order to improve strategic approach and provide creative solutions for sourcing talent.
  • Providing routine updates, follow-up, and assistance to hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies, candidate selection and timelines.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing connections with local organizations, high schools, colleges, and other strategic sources to promote opportunities and build talent pools.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Researching, identifying, and participating in job fairs, information sessions, or other in-person or virtual career events to promote opportunities and attract candidates.
  • Taking lead over all phases of recruiting process for assigned roles including the sourcing and tracking of candidates, screening, and dispositioning applications, conducting prescreen interviews, selecting top talent for further consideration and coordinating offers.
  • Tracking and reporting on progress to include open and filled requisition counts, candidate volume and status’s, time to fill, sourcing strategies, success levels and challenges.
  • Creating effective job postings to source candidates through Chancelight careers website, applicable job boards, social media, and educational institution platforms.
  • Providing appropriate follow-up communication with all candidates not selected for placement.
  • Assisting with projects as needed to meet departmental and business objectives set forth by the Talent Acquisition Manager.


‖ Qualification Required


  • Well-versed in the use of online job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.) and other recruiting resources.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, leading, or participating in regular meetings and looking for ways to make valuable contributions in addition to developing an environment of open collaboration.
  • Possess strong time prioritization skills, adapts easily to change, and demonstrates flexibility when direction and/or priorities shift.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in HR related software (UltiPro, SharePoint preferred).
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in human resources, recruiting, or related business function.
  • Excellent communication skills and follow-up, including comfort and ability to work directly with senior level members of leadership from within the organization as well as external partners and connections.
