Sr. Human Resources/Recruiting Specialist (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, input, and impartiality to managers and associates throughout the performance management and employee lifecycle process for moderately complex situations
• Manage various processes and systems that support the effective management of talent within the company
• Create and update HR policies, procedures, and/or programs such as employee relations, compliance policies, or learning programs/academies
• Conduct analysis for departments or divisions in order to understand the need and develop solutions to meet that need
• Lead focus groups to collect relevant data for HR initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

• Performance management knowledge and skills
• Building trust with internal business partners
• 4 years of experience with:
• Talent management knowledge and skills – from hiring to offboarding
• Experience with:
• Creating structure around specific families and implementing department and/or company structures to maximize movement and shelf-life
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Creating and implementing
• Evaluating talent for performance, readiness, and progression
• HR Management knowledge
• Needs assessment/analysis

Education/Certifications:

• PHR or similar certification from a credentialing body
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources OR a related discipline

Location: Remote – Must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
