About Us
We are on the lookout for an exceptionally dynamic and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to craft compelling narratives for a range of cutting-edge technological offerings that are poised to redefine how the legal industry conducts business.
Role Overview
As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for conceiving, curating, and managing engaging content across our social media channels. Your mission will be to champion our brand, celebrate our achievements, showcase opportunities, and promote events. You will execute strategic campaigns to support our organizational objectives, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across our various firm brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Innovative Social Media Strategies: Stay abreast of the latest trends on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others to boost our follower count, engagement, and acquisition of new clients.
Create and Manage Promotions: Assist in crafting and overseeing both social and nationwide digital promotions.
Content Curation: Collaborate in the creation and publication of captivating text, image, and video content across all our social media channels.
Editorial Calendars: Plan and maintain weekly editorial calendars for multiple brands to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
Brand Representation: Act as the voice of our brand on social channels, responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging with our customers professionally and courteously.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on key display and social media metrics to refine our strategies.
Leverage Pop Culture Trends: Proactively identify opportunities to integrate the latest pop culture trends, innovative execution methods, and broader creative inspirations into our content.
Team Collaboration: Brainstorm and collaborate with our Marketing team to bring ideas to life across social media, digital, TV, and radio as required.
Maintain a Professional Image: Uphold a positive, upbeat, and professional image at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2+ years of experience managing social media channels for a brand or in a related role.
