Job Description

Truly is a leading beauty company built around its industry-leading in-house creative team. We are looking for a Social Content Coordinator to support in the creation of all company creatives and visual media. You will work directly with the Head of Social and Creative to support the company across all digital channels (website, social media accounts, ads, etc). You will be part of a small and talented team. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about the creative industry.

What You’ll Do:

Support social + creative team in all company projects (social media, paid advertising, ecommerce)

Assist in the creation of all social media content and the operation of photo and video shoots in studio and on location, including but not limited to;

  • Organizing products
  • Booking/scouting locations
  • Managing shot lists
  • Assisting in prop selecting + organization
  • Scheduling models

Supporting post-production

  • Editing video content in a timely manner
  • Selecting images/videos
  • Editing photos such as retouching and color-correction

Cleaning + perfecting each studio room daily for shooting

Assist in the creation and execution of all social content including but not limited to idea generation, trend analysis, and production of ideas


What You’ll Need:

  • Travel throughout LA may be required
  • A love for content creation and thinking outside the box
  • 1-2 years of experience creating content personally or professionally on an internal creative team
  • Experience working with models and freelancers
  • You have strong experience in content creation and production processes— filming, editing, posting
  • Ability to create content relevant to brand style
  • Willingness to jump in and problem-solve
  • Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Final Cut & graphic design tools
  • MUST be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be willing to work in our creative studio in LA weekly
