Title: Service Titan Success Manager

About the Role: LSP is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceTitan Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving adoption and success of the ServiceTitan platform across our home services roll-up platform's portfolio companies (portcos).



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceTitan-related questions and support for our portfolio companies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all portcos to understand their business needs and provide guidance on how to optimize their use of ServiceTitan
  • Monitor and analyze usage data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for increased adoption
  • Manage the onboarding process for new portcos onto the ServiceTitan platform
  • Manage and resolve customer issues and escalations as needed
  • Represent the portfolio companies as the voice of the customer to ServiceTitan leadership and product teams
  • Collaborate with the ServiceTitan team to provide feedback on product features and enhancements to better meet the needs of our portfolio companies
  • Develop and implement training programs and best practices to ensure successful adoption of ServiceTitan across all portcos



Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to drive results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Understanding of the home services industry and its unique needs is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with the ServiceTitan platform is strongly preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives

The base salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
