Job Overview


We are actively seeking a talented and passionate eCommerce-Client Success and Account Manager to join our remote team immediately as a long-term independent contractor. This position is open to candidates located in Colorado, Kansas, Illinois, or Missouri who are dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences in the eCommerce industry.


As the eCommerce-Client Success and Account Manager, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing long-term relationships with our eCommerce clients. You will have the opportunity to conduct weekly calls with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and serving as their trusted point of contact. By actively listening to their needs and goals, you will identify opportunities for upselling additional services and effectively communicate these opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders within Onda.


Collaboration with the Onda founder and talent team will be crucial as you contribute to the growth and success of our developing company. Your expertise in eCommerce business and marketing will be valued as you work closely with clients to understand their unique objectives, develop tailored strategies, and oversee the execution of impactful marketing campaigns. You will serve as a strategic partner, providing exceptional client service, offering valuable guidance, and delivering measurable results.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, leveraging their experience to effectively communicate with clients, address their concerns, and identify areas where they may benefit from additional resources or support. You should thrive in client-facing interactions, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to provide outstanding service and build trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities


  • Provide frequent updates and reporting to owners.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales care and feedback management.
  • Attend virtual meetings related to sales pipeline, client satisfaction, and talent assignments.
  • Conduct weekly calls with clients to maintain relationships and identify sales opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, talent resources, support staff) to address customer needs.
  • Maintain a CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key employees within our client base.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients including complaints, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Respond promptly to emails, and texts from clients.


Skills


  • Proficient in Excel/spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize projects.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client meetings, projects, vendors, and deadlines.
  • Creative thinking for identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Zoom, Slack, Asana, Monday, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to assess and understand client expectations, needs, and circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Customer/client-oriented attitude with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Self-starter with goal-oriented mindset, able to work with little supervision.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse personalities
  • Ability to build trust and establish positive relationships with others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs, including customer satisfaction.
  • Experience building networks and relationships internally and externally.


Qualifications


  • Passion for helping businesses grow.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, relationship, and account management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude to accomplish tasks.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the eCommerce marketing/advertising industry with a deep understanding of digital marketing.
  • Exemplary organizational, attention-to-detail, time-management, and follow-up skills.
  • Proven track record as an Account Manager.


Additional Information


  • $20-$35/hour; Compensation is DOE and negotiable for the right candidate, with great potential for growth.
  • 30+ hours a week, Flexible within normal US working hours
  • Hourly / Contract / Remote
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position
