Job Description

Elite Resolutions, Inc. is a leading public adjusting firm that is committed to providing excellent service and achieving successful claim outcomes for our clients. As the Claims Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the claims department to ensure accurate and efficient claims handling. We are seeking an experienced claims adjuster with a passion for coaching and educating the team to achieve maximum efficiency and success.



🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular reviews of bi-weekly WIP reports to monitor claims handling efficiency and address any issues proactively.
  • Develop proper negotiating strategies to achieve maximum settlements.
  • Educate adjusters on the importance of estimated line items for claim payment and how to effectively use policy language in defense of the insured.
  • Lead, manage, and be accountable for the overall success of the claims department, ensuring all claims are handled with the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Establish proper scoping and estimating guidelines for the estimating team, ensuring consistency in determining repairs and photographing properties.
  • Meet with the claims team regularly to review outstanding claims, provide guidance, and establish proper directions for claim resolution.

📚Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of estimating processes and scoping guidelines.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to educate and train adjusters.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate and other relevant claims management software.
  • 3 years of Insurance and/or Public adjusting experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Insurance Designations preferred.
