Overview A Success Manager is a professional who is responsible for helping customers achieve success with their products and services. They are responsible for providing customer support, training, and guidance to ensure that customers are able to maximize the value of their products and services. Success Managers also work to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Detailed Job Description Success Managers are responsible for providing customer support, training, and guidance to ensure that customers are able to maximize the value of their products and services. They are responsible for developing and implementing customer success plans, providing customer feedback, and helping customers troubleshoot any issues they may have. Success Managers also work to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
