Overview A Solutions Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of a company’s products and services. They work closely with customers to ensure that they are getting the most out of their solutions and that they are satisfied with the results. They are also responsible for identifying areas of improvement and providing feedback to the product and engineering teams. Detailed Job Description A Solutions Success Manager is responsible for managing the customer experience from initial onboarding to ongoing support. This includes understanding customer needs, developing and executing onboarding plans, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They must be able to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams. They must also be able to identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells. • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
