Job Description

RESTAURANT SUCCESS MANAGER


Grublr is a mobile application meant to help users discover new restaurants and decide where to eat. Recently, we launched MyGrublr.com, a B2B web-app counterpart that allows restaurants to customize and manage their profiles, while viewing analytics on profile performance. We are searching for a candidate to help us onboard restaurants to this platform and ultimately increase sales. We are an aggressively growing startup and you will be starting from ground 0 on the B2B side. We appreciate you taking the time to review the job description and qualifications. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire MyGrublr users through a variety of avenues, including email, phone, paid campaigns, and in-person outreach
  • Upsell restaurant owners or managers on the “analytics” subscription package in order to grow revenue
  • Be a pro-active and overall team player by working closely with other team members to ensure that overall company objectives are met
  • Onboard restaurants onto the MyGrublr platform (convince restaurant owners or managers to claim or create their restaurant’s profile for free)
  • Effectively articulate the benefits of Grublr and joining MyGrublr to restaurant owners and managers
  • Collaborate with Grublr management to set MyGrublr sign-up, usage, and revenue goals
  • Maintain thorough communication with MyGrublr users, garner feedback, and relay feedback to Grublr management team
  • Brainstorm and plan new MyGrublr features with Grublr management with the goal of increasing usage and revenue as much as possible
  • Thrive in the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of a growing startup. Be prepared to wear multiple hats!


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and market trends
  • Motivated and target-driven with demonstrated success in sales
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing time well
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strong, confident phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience selling B2B or SaaS platforms


COMPENSATION

  • 10% commission on subscription sales
  • $50k base salary
  • Performance-based bonuses
