About The Right Team Member


The Senior Manager, Talent Development is a key leadership role within Mindbody’s People & Culture Team, responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies worldwide which will empower leaders to run high performance organizations.


About The Role


  • Build strong, strategic partnership with the HR Business Partners and P&C Leadership Team to develop and implement talent strategies and programs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on various dimensions of talent management. Advise on talent development interventions that strengthen high-potential leaders within the organization.
  • Lead a team of talent management professionals; provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure the team has the skills and capabilities to deliver on the talent management strategy.
  • Stay current on trends and emerging practices to ensure Talent Management stays relevant and continues to meet the business objectives.
  • Leverage talent-related technologies to analyze talent metrics, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address gaps. Manage our technology partners to ensure flawless system execution.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion within the talent management process
  • Develop the strategic approach and design of performance processes to identify, develop, and retain top talent across the Mindbody organization. This may include designing by-role competency grids, performance calibration and review process, workforce planning and succession planning. Solutions must be designed in partnership with key stakeholders and meet the needs of a diverse global audience.


Skills & Experience


  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and effectively manage change in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Program or project management experience; strong level of ownership and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills; strong executive presence
  • 7+ years of experience creating and implementing talent management strategies
  • 3+ years leading and developing high performing teams


Pay transparency


It is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.


Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.


The base salary range for this position in the United States is $122,000 to $138,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
