Job Description
The position is fully remote. Preference given to candidates residing in Texas or Ohio.

This position is responsible for leading the outreach and solicitation of independent primary care physician participants, CINs, IPAs, and health systems for participation in the ACO REACH or other CMMI models on behalf of the CVS Accountable Care Organization. The position interacts frequently with healthcare professionals including Physicians, Executive leadership, Operations, Clinical staff, and others to understand their goals and explain how our partnership model supports improved quality and performance. Position also requires working closely with internal CVS colleagues and stakeholders to bring these partnerships to closure.

Follow up on new sales leads, referrals and conducts own prospecting and lead generation activities.

Qualifies and educates prospective clients on our partnership model.

Evaluates, helps formulate, and implements the provider ACO strategic plans to achieve growth and performance targets across multiple geographies.

Recruits independent primary care physicians and other providers as needed to ensure attainment of network expansion and growth targets.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,400
Maximum: 124,100

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of sales experience required

Documented experience and successful track record engaging and closing decision makers.

Willingness to travel on short notice.

Dedicated learning and growth mindset

Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.

Expected travel 25% - 35%

Preferred Qualifications
The individual should also have experience engaging in direct physician office negotiations around performance based partnerships.

Education
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
