- Salary: $60,000-65,000/Year Plus Uncapped Commission! **

- Maintain accurate and up to date records through our CRM tool of all sales related activities including cold calls, appointments, follow-ups, and closed sales.
- Establish and maintain a uniform brand identity throughout all marketing efforts
- Generate revenue and meet sales targets for profitable sales volume.
- Maintain customer relationships; ensure satisfaction and timely communication to client needs and service concerns.
- Gather and utilize industry knowledge to ensure a competitive edge and overall market protection.
- Identify prospective client leads within defined territory through cold calling, setting appointments, and client tours.
- Communicate regularly with sales leadership on sales activities and achievements
- Participate in regular sales team meetings for education, development, and departmental function.
- Create individual sales strategies to close new clients daily and expand market share.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence key decision makers at all levels
- Ability to organize and effectively manage multiple clients with multiple revenue streams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and other CRM applications

- Outside sales experience including account management in a business-to-business sales environment, preferred
