We have the role for you! Business Development Manager with Medicine for Business and Industry!


MBI operates medical facilities throughout Arizona and Colorado providing occupational healthcare services for employees of our business clients. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in the market. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Our Business Development Managers receive:


  • Monthly vehicle allowance

Purpose: Expand our pipeline of prospects, qualify decision makers, introduce our product and services, and close business.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate and up to date records through our CRM tool of all sales related activities including cold calls, appointments, follow-ups, and closed sales.
  • Establish and maintain a uniform brand identity throughout all marketing efforts
  • Generate revenue and meet sales targets for profitable sales volume.
  • Maintain customer relationships; ensure satisfaction and timely communication to client needs and service concerns.
  • Gather and utilize industry knowledge to ensure a competitive edge and overall market protection.
  • Identify prospective client leads within defined territory through cold calling, setting appointments, and client tours.
  • Communicate regularly with sales leadership on sales activities and achievements
  • Participate in regular sales team meetings for education, development, and departmental function.
  • Create individual sales strategies to close new clients daily and expand market share.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence key decision makers at all levels
  • Ability to organize and effectively manage multiple clients with multiple revenue streams
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, outgoing, articulate, and professional
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other CRM applications
  • Competitive mentality, looking to build a long-term, lucrative business
  • Outside sales experience including account management in a business-to-business sales environment, preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to connect with customers and manage customer relationships
