Job Description

Meet is partnered with an innovative pharmaceutical company based in in the Greater Philadelphia Area looking for a Senior Director, Human Resources to join their team! This role will lead and grow the HR function from an operational perspective.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage, communicate, and educate on legal and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the HR function; workforce planning, retention, performance management, compensation structures, employee retentions and culture building, benefit programs, training and professional development
  • Develop and implement the HR strategy to align with the commercial business strategy
  • Develop and enhance the organization's culture and engagement


Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience in the life sciences space
  • Local to the Greater Philadelphia area and able to commute to the office on a hybrid basis
  • 15+ years of HR experience; 5+ years in a leadership role
