Human Resources Director Jobs

A healthcare company just outside of Philadelphia is looking to add a Director of Human Resource to their team. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies, policies, and programs that support our company's mission, values, and objectives. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in leadership, employee development, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. The HR Director will collaborate closely with senior management to drive the organization's growth through effective HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on setting goals and conducting performance reviews. Implement strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.
• Compliance: Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance. Update and communicate HR policies as needed to align with legal requirements.
• Employee Relations: Lead efforts to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Benefits and Compensation: Collaborate with finance to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
• HR Technology: Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve employee experiences.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Employee Development: Create and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to track and analyze HR trends, propose improvements, and make informed decisions.
• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide guidance to senior management on HR-related matters and contribute to overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
• Seven plus years of proven experience in HR leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
