Human Resources Coordinator Jobs

The Human Resources Director is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a Human Resources Director you are responsible for the Human Resources duties in the facility including:

• Conducts necessary investigations on employee relations issues and advises management on appropriate resolution.
• Analyzes trends in turnover, hiring, promotions, separations, and grievances to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends.
• Facilitate and oversee Human Resource functions such as recruiting, new hire orientation, performance reviews, benefits administration, safety and worker's compensation administration, employee relations, and training.education initiatives.
• Advises management regarding hiring decisions, EEO, compensation, benefits and health/safety issues
• Responds to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Represents the community in legal proceedings, unemployment hearings and worker's compensation settlements.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional level Human Resources role with managerial responsibility
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is preferred or a desire/ willingness to acquire.
