Earthborne Trucks and Equipment has proudly served Warrington, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas for over 45 years. Over time, we’ve become our customers sales, service and trucking go-to. We provide our customers with an extensive line of construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment in counties throughout Pennsylvania. We also serve surrounding communities with our 24-hour towing and hauling services. Our new facility in Warrington includes a state-of-the-art service department, an expansive equipment showroom, and a well-stocked parts department, serving customers with all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks alike.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, advertise open positions, and conduct interviews to attract and select top talent.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, aligning with company goals and industry best practices.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending improvements to HR practices.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits questions and issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork completion, benefits enrollment, and policy training.
- Provide full-cycle HR support, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Proficient in GSuite and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
