We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team here at DOCS Health. To be successful in this role, you will need to be skilled at implementing procedures, policies, carrying out daily administrative work for programs, and oversee projects as necessary with a focus on benefits and compensation. Ultimately we need a Human Resources Manager who has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working with a team of professionals to get the job done!


  • Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results in relation to corporate goals.
  • Responsible for employee on-boarding and orientation activities including conducting background screenings, sending Employment Agreements, and collaborating with various departments to on-board personnel.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in company efficiencies and employee relations.
  • Monday - Friday
  • Process employment verification requests.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, experience with an HRIS preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification a plus
  • Assist in development, implementation, distribution, and maintenance of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings.
  • Processe unemployment claims and attend hearings as necessary.
  • 830 AM - 530 PM
  • Ability to solve problems by applying basic knowledge and performing independent research as applicable
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment.
  • Perform HRIS data entry and personnel record management.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, self-motivation, organization, and resourcefulness while maintaining a reputation through proven action of being team oriented and willing to assist where/when needed
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential information and situations
  • Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate these skills in both face-to-face and electronic formats with special attention to detail and accuracy
  • Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination preferred
  • Assist with changes in employment status including employment terminations, re-hires, FMLA, etc.
  • Three (3) years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Administer various Human Resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Compile information and files EEO-1 report annually; maintain other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
  • Perform department audits to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimum supervision
  • Perform benefits administration to include enrollment, termination, claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees at Corporate and Field Offices.
