About the Role

As the Senior Creator Partnership Manager you be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with leading creators/ influencers/celebrities in our industry, with the goal of driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing successful partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the marketing landscape. You are also someone who is passionate and excited by the startup, fast-paced environment, who likes to wear multiple hats and are looking for major growth opportunities.

Your Skillset

• Help manage end to end all creator partnerships projects. Examples include: marketing initiatives, events/ activations, and exclusive campaigns. .
• Support the wider team team with strategic creator research and outreach
• Help manage a team of creator coordinators.
• Being responsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators, supporting on creator briefings, negotiations and guiding on content creation.
• Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief & content uploads and creator payments.
• Support with the day to day management of influencer marketing and branded content campaigns, adding value to the clients experience
• Curate guest lists for influencer events: oversee outreach, negotiation, contracting, post approvals.
• You are an open minded positive team player who isn’t afraid to ask questions, adapt, or seek improvements.
• Help build and direct summary reports, case studies, or presentations for Emcee creator partners.
• You have a strong passion for the creator economy space especially within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle sector.
