Must Haves:

- 5+ years’ experience as a Change Management Specialist/Lead
- Experience working on a variety of different change projects (Operations, Org development, IT)
- Bachelor’s degree in related area
- Sharp writing, documentation and communication skills – Experience working with a large group of staff/faculty
- Heavy experience with Microsoft, Zoom, Teams
- Project Management Skills (Working/Meeting with stakeholders, impact analysis)

Day to Day:
A large University client is looking for a Change Management Specialist/Lead to lead the development and execution of comprehensive change strategies for program-level initiatives across multiple projects, IT projects, and other Operation projects (Finance, HR, etc). This individual will be working closely with 4 other Change Management team members, lead two change specialist, and work along with cross functional teams to address a variety of issues and needs, as they will need to work strategically and tactically to build strategy and execute deliverables. On a day-to-day basis, this person will lead multiple operations change projects, meet with stakeholders to understand their needs, impact analysis, and uses project management skills for training development and training guides. They will then partner with project sponsors and managers to effectively manage and align OCM efforts with project work plans. After meeting with partners, they will need to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify impact on staff and risks to project success, draw conclusions, and identify adjustments and solutions. As the lead, they will mentor OCM team members and provide guidance. This person will need strong communication and documentations skills to develop and present comprehensive and complex reports, recommendations, trainings, and presentations to a variety of audiences.
