We are looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team to play a pivotal role in the continued evolution of our total rewards philosophy and strategy. You'll serve as a key member of the Total Rewards North America team supporting the delivery of our benefit and leave of absence programs in the U.S and Canada.
This role is vital in ensuring we provide a best-in-class benefits delivery experience to our team. Leading with experience first, work to resolve escalated issues in a timely manner, creating credibility and partnering with internal and external partners. Support one or more benefits vendors to ensure operational issues are resolved proactively. Develop and support processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies.

- Act as the main point of contact to resolve employee benefit questions.
- Administer the day-to-day management of benefit programs in the U.S. and Canada, including but not limited to; medical, dental, vision, disability, life, supplemental medical, and various perks.
- Manage leave of absence support and administration for our U.S. and Canadian employees in compliance with applicable regulations (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PFL, ADA, etc)
- Ensure benefit elections, life events, and deductions are reflected accurately in all relevant systems: Workday, payroll, carriers, EDI, etc.
- Assist with annual Open Enrollment cycle (i.e. communications, auditing, system setup, etc).
- Partner with internal HR, management teams and leave vendors (TiLT) in response to leave and accommodation inquiries.
- Partner with broker and third party administrators to ensure benefits are delivered with the highest level of service and accuracy.
- Assist with benefit compliance audits and reporting (5500 reporting, ACA, SFHCSO, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation
- Strong business judgment and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done with a focus on employee experience.
- Successful record of building operational processes and procedures with a focus on continuously improving programs.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy through ambiguous circumstances.
- Minimum 5 years' benefits program management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases and generating/auditing reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization and influence business leaders.
- Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to leaves; including FMLA, State programs, ADA, and associated wage replacement programs.
Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:
$81,000—$110,000 USD
