Senior Associate - Marketing

Mahmee recently launched the Mahmee Membership. With this launch, we are focused on raising consumer awareness, while continuing our enterprise efforts. Mahmee’s Senior Associate - Marketing is responsible for building, executing, and monitoring Mahmee’s brand and digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will build and lead our multi-channel demand generation function for Mahmee, including development and execution of GTM strategy by segment. The goal of this role is three-fold: drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build a successful pipeline that results in customer acquisition.

This role requires leadership and vision, along with a deep understanding of what it takes to build a highly trusted, innovative brand. You will report to the VP of Operations. We are a small team and looking to fully optimize our strengths, while also experimenting and learning new tools and strategies.

To accomplish this goal, you’ll need a ton of knowledge in:

• Working on cross-functional projects / collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
• Brand development and execution, including incorporating the voice of the customer, and advocating for the brand internally
• Social media marketing, including developing and posting content, running campaigns, and post-campaign reporting
• Full cycle digital marketing, including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, key messaging, marketing channels (paid, earned, and owned), budgets, and lifecycle campaigns - across the customer journey to convert, grow, and retain our customers

You must have all of these skills:

• Analyzing results, communicating insights, refining strategy, and collaborating with different types of people across the organization
• Managing executive stakeholders (ex: CEO, CTO, Medical Director, VP of Operations)
• A willingness to leverage your expertise in an experimental way

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute editorial and social content strategy, directing thematic and quarterly planning across our owned channels, to build awareness for Mahmee
• Manage paid marketing strategy, managing spend across channels and campaigns, and using insights to inform the leadership team
• Drive go-to-market strategies - including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, key messaging, marketing channels (paid, earned, and owned), budgets, and lifecycle campaigns - across the customer journey to convert, grow, and retain our customers
• Execute, optimize, and report on integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline and drive continuous improvement
• Generate buzz and build the brand through digital campaigns and strategic partnerships
