Job Description

My client is a top-tier NYC Real Estate Owner/Developer and they are looking for an Associate/Sr. Associate to join their development team. You will get the chance to work with executive leadership on a Class-A portfolio of high-profile residential and commercial assets in Manhattan.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive market research to identify promising development prospects, assess prevailing market trends, and conduct competitive analyses.
  • Develop intricate financial models from the ground up to appraise project feasibility, encompassing pro forma cash flows, ROI estimations, and net present value computations.
  • Collaborate in the execution of due diligence procedures, encompassing property surveys, environmental evaluations, zoning stipulations, and permitting prerequisites.
  • Evaluate the financial viability and potential risks associated with potential projects, taking into account variables like construction expenses, market demand, and prospective returns.
