Job Description

Luxolis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team for the 3D Reality Capture Platform business. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company's 3D reality capture platform products and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities for the 3D reality capture platform through research and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the architecture, engineering, construction and real estate (AEC+R) industries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions for the 3D reality capture platform
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals for the 3D reality capture platform
  • Collaborate with other members of the Luxolis team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of the 3D reality capture platform
  • Participate in the development of marketing and sales strategies for the 3D reality capture platform
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients of the 3D reality capture platform

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows and processes is a plus
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in the AEC+R industries
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the 3D reality capture platform and its applications in the AEC+R industries
