Overview
There are many ways that we can drive revenue at Two Roads, and we are looking for a leader to join our leadership team to help us achieve our growth goals. They will do this through helping drive more leads, ensuring our clients are priced correctly, and increasing our efforts to cross sell new services into our existing client base.
Be responsible for the overall Revenue at Two Roads
- Strategically plan and manage price increases to our existing clients to make sure we are staying in the market for our team.
- Set pricing and deliver proposals for all new potential clients.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to drive cross promotions on services to our existing clients so they know what we offer at Two Roads.
- Work with the Operations team to ensure that new expansion from our existing clients is captured and charged for.
Drive new leads into Two Roads
- Manage a budget approved by leadership to ensure we are driving as many leads to the Account Managers.
- Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable (LMA) the Marketing Manager to ensure they are successful at their job
- Help create marketing channels that can be tracked for effectiveness.
- Monitor conversion ratios to ensure we are getting the right leads coming in the funnel.
Grow client satisfaction & retention
- Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable (LMA) the Account Managers to ensure they are successful at their job
- Create feedback loops on the value of our service offerings and work with Ops to refine offerings according to the market demands
- Ensure that we are reaching out effectively to our clients and handling their requests in a timely manner.
- Work with Account Managers to help lower attrition by getting out ahead of fires that could cause us to lose clients.
- Manage the overall pipeline to ensure that we are moving potential clients through.
Ensure clients are onboarded smoothly
- Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable (LMA) the Onboarding Manager to ensure they are successful at their job
- Help maintain a world class onboarding process for all clients signing up for our services.
- Target a 60 day onboarding timeline
- Ensure expectations are being clearly set and met in the handoff process from sales to onboarding to operations.
General Management Responsibilities
- Ensure responsibilities are clearly defined
- Conduct regular 1-1’s with direct reports to ensure they are heard, empowered, and supported. Use these to help remove obstacles and encourage growth.
- Utilize Issues List for surfacing and resolving division level issues
- Maintain a scorecard of key performance indicators at the team and leadership level
- Understand and ensure that the overall health of the team is maintained at a high level. This would be reflected in bi-weekly survey results, pulse surveys, and general feedback from the team.
Requirements for this position
- Strong experience with CRM tools and applications
- 3+ years of management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
Helpful for this position
- Understanding of how a small business runs.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
