Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager will establish and execute the strategy of the Intoxalock Phone Sales organization through strong leadership, superior analysis and strategic planning, and development of team members to ensure the organization meets or exceeds performance objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategy for the Phone Sales team.
- Implement and execute positive change through data gathering, data analysis, and improvement plan construction and execution. Communicate results of analysis, impact, and improvement plans to Director, Inside Sales, and other key Sales and Company leaders.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Phone Sales targets, including: (1) Net Conversion; (2) Installs; (3) Bi-Weekly Take-Up Rate; (4) Device Protection Plan Take-Up Rates; (5) Breathe Easy Cross-Sell Rate; (6) Promotion Usage; and (7) Retention.
- Partner with Intoxalock Phone Sales Director, Phone Sales Supervisors, and other Sales employees to optimize company-wide Sales performance, resolve issues, and drive exceptional culture consistent with Intoxalock's mission and values.
- Hire, develop, lead, coach, a team of Sales Supervisors and Phone Sales Associates, ensuring consistent improvement in performance and maximization of individual potential.
- Lead the coaching and behavioral processes necessary to exceed targets and deliver superior experiences for customers, service centers, and internal partners, ensuring all business drivers are aligned with company expectations for growth and profitability.
- Partner with other Sales leaders, Marketing team, and IT team to implement and execute new lead generation ideas and conversion tactics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or other related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years' experience leading a Sales team, preferably phone sales
- 2+ years management experience working in a fast paced call center environment
- Strong PC knowledge including MS Office, Outlook, Genesys, and CRM systems
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees, including C-level management
- Ability to manage multiple projects while also overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Sales department
- 2+ years' experience leading sales leaders, preferred.
