3+ years of management experience

Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable (LMA) the Marketing Manager to ensure they are successful at their job

Manage a budget approved by leadership to ensure we are driving as many leads to the Account Managers.

Manage the overall pipeline to ensure that we are moving potential clients through.

Work with Account Managers to help lower attrition by getting out ahead of fires that could cause us to lose clients.

Work closely with customers to design and develop solutions tailored to their data environments and technical requirements.

10+ years of experience in a relevant role.

Must have hands-on experience with at least one of the following cloud providers: AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.

Must have hands-on experience with cloud platforms including: Databricks or Snowflake.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
