What you’ll be doing:
- Actively manage team's opportunity pipeline and productively deploy FS business developers against the most valuable and strategic opportunities.
- Develop penetration strategies alongside business developers, account managers, account executives, and leadership to maximize attainment of most valuable and strategic FS opportunities.
- Work with the VP and AVP to provide strategic insights on the business.
- Coordinate with appropriate teams to report accurately on Vertical Markets pipeline for customers and prospects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives within the customer base.
- Coach FS Sellers on selling techniques, including Strategic Selling with Perspective, and create a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Works with associates to create Individual Development Plans and Career Pathing opportunities.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching new sales associates.
What you bring to the table:
- You demonstrate very high levels of independent judgement and discretion
- You demonstrate a very strong capability to work effectively within an enterprise sales organization, communicating effectively, and being a galvanizing sales leader across multiple teams.
- You can communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of customer organization from C-Suite to technical, field-level buyers.

Qualifications :
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years related experience managing or selling into large, complex customers.
- 5+ years managing high-performing national or regional team engaged in complex selling activities.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven JanSan industry experience and connections
- Skilled in business analytics with the ability to make financial and fact-based decisions
- Understanding terminology of a variety of Vertical Markets (Healthcare, GPO, SLED, BSC, Commercial Real Estate, etc.)
- Understanding of supply chain, JanSan industry, infection control
- Business and leadership experience
