Senior Director, National Sales

What will you be doing:
The Senior Director, Sales is responsible for driving the business growth and account penetration objectives set by the Company for the national sales team. The leader will implement strategies and utilize multi-level account relationships to further the effectiveness of the sales team and strengthen the company’s position in the market to improve short-term and long-term sales and earnings results. The individual will also manage business relationships and perform sales activities with a specific list of key customers and Integrated Health Networks and business partner organizations.

Years of Applicable Experience - 10 or more years
Skills & Experience:
GPO Relationships, Healthcare Supply Chain, Sales Leadership
Education:
Bachelors

Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Experience to include:
  • Experience hiring and managing indirect salesforce (1099 reps instead of W2 reps)
  • Performance/results-oriented with strategic mindset
  • Change agent with proven ability to inspire and motivate
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in previous sales/account management positions
Education:
Masters
This is a remote position and involves up to 50% travel.

Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $125,000 - $231,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
