About The Role:

We are seeking an individual with strong networking and promotional expertise!

If you are a sales and business-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English, we encourage you to apply.

Collaborating with our dynamic Sales & Marketing team, you will be in charge of B2B and B2C sales across wideUSAterritories.

As an organized individual, you will be able to identify, plan, and execute strategic business opportunities to achieve your sales objectives. Your determination and self-motivation will enable you to provide valuable market intelligence and generate sales leads, directly contributing to the company’s success.

Working strategically, you will make calls and establish networks, allowing you to create territory reports and provide insights into the broader business. Dealers will receive top-notch customer service through your prompt responses to calls and email inquiries. Your exceptional communication skills, attentive listening, and ability to provide accurate information over the phone, email, or in person are crucial.

Reports to:

Head of Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to drive new business effectively and enhance our brand’s visibility.
  • Develop and implement sales activities to achieve growth and meet sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on sales activities and results.
  • Identify potential clients and introduce them to our offers.
  • Provide analysis of the market and competitive environment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients through various channels such as inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat. Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the process.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals with clients, including handling the required documentation.
  • Promote our program and agency services within your professional network and through social media channels in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • A well-established network of contacts within the travel market and related industries.
  • Tour operations experience is necessary.
  • Analytical skills, accustomed to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven approach, and proficiency with numbers.
  • Specializing in sales management or business development of B2B and/or B2C travel companies.
  • Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and comfortable with a fast-changing business environment. Must be a team player.
  • Language knowledge: Excellent spoken and written English, with knowledge of other languages, considered a plus.
  • A genuine passion for helping others find the perfect vacation match.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International mindset, with the ability to understand and work across a wide cultural range.
