Job Description
Job Summary


The Jr. Specialist, 3PL services will support in managing 3PL operations for iHerb. This position is responsible for daily operations and coordination with our 3PL partners and various internal departments including Inventory Planning, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Engineering to ensure our 3PL operates efficiently while meeting KPIs. manage and execute multiple time-sensitive projects to meet business objectives of the iHerb, LLC. Reporting to the Manager of 3PL Services, this position will manage projects/tasks through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders. Jr. Specialist, 3PL services will liaise with management on defining project scope, goals, deliverables and executing defined as needed. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel knowledge for data analytics.


Job Expectations


  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ensure that projects/tasks meet deadlines and escalation of issues which may impact successful implementation/execution.
  • Perform day-to-day management of operation activities; prioritize, resolve issues and discrepancies as they surface
  • Conduct data collection and analysis.
  • Actively identify and scope new opportunities to improve how we serve customers and improve our business process
  • Collaborate with applicable stakeholders.
  • Support in Identifying resource requirements required to implement a given project Plan and schedule the project activities
  • Support in managing of projects from design through implementation that support growth and operational improvements for the company
  • Identify, drive and develop best practices, efficiencies, and process workflows

Required


  • Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
  • Must be comfortable with presenting information to people at multiple levels in and outside of iHerb.
  • Good understanding of how various areas integrate within the organization to achieve the business objectives.

  • Ability to collect, analyze and report on data needed for required for projects


Equipment Knowledge


  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)


Experience Requirements


  • Understanding of business process workflows
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • 1 + year of similar experience.


Education Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related discipline or equivalent additional experience required


Judgment/Reasoning Ability Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.


Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. The Team Member is frequently required to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to store materials throughout the work day. The Team Member may occasionally lift or move materials and products up to 25 pounds. Proper lifting techniques required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.


Work Environment The noise in the work environment is usually moderate. Other factors are


  • Company uniforms, closed-toed shoes, casual work environment
  • Ability to work extended hours as required
  • Hectic, fast-paced with multi-level distractions
  • Warehouse environment, may be required to wear safety equipment


The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

Hired applicant may be awarded Restrict Stock Units and receive annual bonuses pursuant to eligibility and performance criteria defined in the respective plan documents and policies.

$54,063—$105,318 USD
