One of our key clients are looking for an experienced Director of Channel Marketing with a proven track record of working with a diverse set of partners to drive awareness, lead generation, and sales opportunities for their suite of products through resellers, integrators, and OEMs.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned channel marketer with experience in defining a partner marketing strategy, building and leading a comprehensive partner program, and fostering engagements that result in revenue growth.


In this role, you will take ownership of channel marketing overseeing all aspects of the companies partner marketing initiatives including planning, execution, and measurement of lead generation programs, supporting partners with collateral, training, and sales enablement, and working with cross-functional teams to support product updates and launches. This role works closely with partners, marketing, and sales.


Responsibilities:

● Work with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales, to create a continuous flow of partner-ready demand generation programs designed to increase awareness and pipeline.

● Create joint marketing events with partners to identify and target portfolio whitespace and work with internal and external partners to drive revenue

● Lead the launch and implementation of lead gen campaigns across our network of partners to generate revenue, partner engagement, and position Socure as a market leader.

● Develop and manage co-branded collateral, sales enablement tools, and training materials.

● Manage content for the developed materials in the Partner Portal.

● Maintain a marketing calendar for all partner engagements.

● Manage partner communications for company, product, and marketing updates including a quarterly newsletter, webinars, emails, and the partner portal.

● Develop a comprehensive channel marketing strategy to drive deeper engagement in existing verticals and support growth in new verticals.

● Keep up-to-date with relevant competing solutions and how to effectively differentiate the value of our solutions.

● Define and manage the channel marketing budget for maximum ROI.

● Manage measurement of channel marketing program effectiveness, reporting, monitor quarterly metrics, and make necessary program adjustments to improve performance.

● Lead efforts for conferences and joint GTM marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

● 5+ years in channel marketing in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the identity, fraud, compliance, or financial services space.

● Demonstrated ability to effectively oversee all aspects of a channel marketing program for B2B SaaS products to successfully engage partners and build a healthy pipeline.

● Act as the internal champion for partner marketing within the larger marketing and sales organizations to ensure their requirements are considered in all marketing initiatives.

● Self-starter, quick learner, with sharp business acumen.

● Adept at influencing peers and managers, and building consensus in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and partner-facing messaging.

● You are comfortable working remotely with a high level of autonomy. You can devise your own schedule and effectively manage your workload based on the biggest opportunities and company objectives.

● Bachelor’s degree or related experience, MBAs preferred but not required.

● Flexible, you can handle challenges while maintaining your cool and sense of humor.
