Overview

A fast-growing Real Estate Investor has exclusively retained Hirewell in the Multi-Family property industry to lead the search for a Vice Regional Property Manager. This position was held in Dallas, Texas.

This candidate will be responsible for professional management of all assigned properties and personnel. The tasks for this position will require flexibility, excellent organization, and attention to detail. The Vice Regional Property Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving assets and monitoring the properties' fiscal performance.

Job Duties

• Attend any necessary meetings, legal proceedings, or training sessions.
• Track all data related to key performance indicators for the department and prepare weekly/daily reports for senior management teams
• Provide guidance and assistance to department members on all relevant related work issues.
• Create processes/procedures for teams or individual members based on desired outcomes and needs of the operational plan
• Delegate work assignments throughout the department based on the directive of
• Make recommendations to senior management based on operational plans and/or observations within the workflow of the department.
• Senior management or needs of the business

Requirements

• TX and/or GA Real Estate License
• Strong work ethic
• Prior experience in fast-paced work environments a plus]
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in leading teams of 10 to 30 personnel
• Aptitude to learn quickly and improvise if needed
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the property management/real estate industry, preferably in single-family management
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Software Suite
• Ability to work in an office environment
