Endries International Inc.currently has an opening for a Regional Manager. This role will be located out of our Ft. Worth office.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing current customer relationships through a branch network and overall P&L accountability within a designated region.Additionally, this individual will be responsible for business development through product expansion opportunities and new customer acquisition/development within the region.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate vision, sales growth and expansion to all direct reports to meet annual regional growth goals.
- Present Endries performance reviews to current customers annually.
- Ensure all ISO procedures are trained and implemented.
- Provide personnel development of department including participation in interviews and terminations as required.
- Manage all contractual obligations and ensure inventory is properly underwritten within customers in the region.
- Provide a healthy job environment to promote employee satisfaction and thereby decrease company/department turnover percent annually.
- Proper installation of an Endries inventory management system in accordance with documented procedures.
- Utilize the company Performance Evaluation Policy to ensure team members meet/perform job expectations and work towards achieving long term stability and future improvement plans.
- Travel within region to customer and prospect locations.
- Support company safety procedures to achieve a decrease in annual accidents/incidents.
- Provide timely forecast and justification of variances.
- Ensure sales growth and profit maximization of region for long term stability.
Required Education/Experience:
- Analytical/problem solving skills.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft suite, financial reporting software, ERP systems.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fastener distribution industry or related experience.
- General knowledge in all aspects of a distribution environment.
- 5-10 years of progressive responsibilities & related experience, i.e. sales, marketing, management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
