We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Product Manager to join our growing team within SPS Advanced Sensing Technologies (AST) business unit, to be based in Richardson, TX.

Product Manager

• You will lead the existing product lifecycle management in the region
• Provide clear and comprehensive internal/external communications
• You will develop and maintain the business knowledge and understanding of the opportunity and pain points in the assigned vertical and subvertical
• To be responsible for the regional marketing input to NPI based on the subvertical and vertical needs
• To ensure that the customers are fully aware of all aspects of the portfolio, its products, strategy, pricing, and customer services.
• You will be allocated a subvertical within our 6 vertical markets of interest.
• Complete and compile VoC interviews to figure out customer needs and functional requirements for new products and assist throughout the NPI process as key marketing contact.
• Support of the annual sales plan
• Propose and implement individual pricing and positioning
• To maintain a close and regular view of market conditions for specified market segments. Undertake market research on designated projects required to identify new industry trends / product opportunities, competitor activity.
• Efficient management of indirect expenditure
• Monitor and control the subvertical revenue, order intake, profitability, NBO, NPI
• New Product Introductions leading to meeting the expectations for NPIs in the vertical and subvertical

Ruoli e responsabilità
Il Field Service Technician è direttamente responsabile delle attività di supporto tecnico dei clienti.
Con la collaborazione con del team sales interagirà in prima persona con il cliente, suggerendo le migliori soluzioni tecniche per realizzare e risolvere problematiche in campo.
Quando necessario avrà l’ opportunità di recarsi in cantiere sempre accompagnato dall’installatore e nel rispetto delle regole HSE dall’ azienda cliente, per risolvere problematiche tecniche ed installative.
In Particolare Rientrano Nelle Sue Funzioni

• Redigere puntualmente ed in modo esaustivo i report relativi all’attività svolta
• Sopralluoghi con i colleghi della forza vendita per individuare il giusto prodotto da installare.
• Fornire supporto telefonico agli installatori nostri clienti.
• Garantire una proattiva partecipazione alle riunione settimanali del team di appartenenza.
• Organizzazione di corsi tecnici ad installatori (installazione e programmazione delle nostre centrali e dei nostri prodotti).
• Organizzazione di corsi tecnici commerciali ad installatori e progettisti (presentazione prodotti ).

Must Have

• Proattività e capacità di lavorare in team
• Buone capacità relazionali
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Autocad LT
• Sufficiente conoscenza del settore elettrico/elettronico
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta
• Diploma o Laurea in Elettrotecnica e / o elettronica
