JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring for a Regional Property Manager position in Dallas, TX. The Regional Property Manager will play a vital role in team leadership and team development.

• Detailed knowledge and awareness of property competition and other market conditions affecting leasing and operations
• Complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and focuses on creating an enjoyable, positive working environment for our personnel as well as a healthy and flourishing living environment for residents
• Provides new and innovative approaches to continuous improvement through property management operations, which support improved efficiencies and performance
• Coordinates work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors as needed
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with a relentless drive to get the job done despite any obstacles
• Build and coach a great team
• Manage a designated portfolio of assets
• Develops the annual budget(s) for the properties comprising the assigned portfolio and oversees the attainment of budgeted goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong leadership, supervisory and organizational skills
• Values company culture and will help build upon it
• 5+ years of Property Management experience
• Understanding of operating statements and financial budgets required
• Experience using property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or RealPage products
