We are looking to hire a Regional Operations Manager for our Paving Group in New Braunfels, TX. This position provides excellent customer service to existing and new customers and acts as the liaison between clients and our internal team members.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood. (Maintenance Teams, Capital Teams, Tech Teams)
• Sets performance targets and key performance indicators to track the performance of various teams and processes.
• Provides Leadership to the partner performed operations group in the allocation of resources to ensure a high level of execution, organization, cooperation, communication, and accuracy in managing the relationship and operational issues of all projects.
• Grows, builds, and nurtures relationships in the targeted business markets with clients, and suppliers.
• Expert knowledge of cost, allocations, and team overhead. Leads monthly financial and forecast reviews.
• Helps coach and develop the team members to grow their skillsets in effectively managing projects and clients.
• Provide safety, cost, value engineering, constructability and schedule input to the Project Teams and Keeley Management on an on-going basis.
• Understands Maintenance and Capital programs and customer KPIs
• Implements quality control measures to maintain high standards of products or services.
• Creates and sustains an effective network of contacts in the targeted business markets through trade, subcontractors, material supplier, industry, and professional organizations.
• Coordinates schedule for paving and concrete productions, ensuring smooth communication between teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of five years of experience supporting similar primary responsibilities.
• Timberline & Salesforce experience a plus.
