We are a diverse, fast-growing franchise group operating in the beauty, health and wellness space. Founded in 2019, our portfolio consists of Amazing Lash, Hand & Stone Massage and Spa, Great Clips, DryBar and Vio Med Spa operating throughout 10 states along the east coast.


About the role:

The Regional Operations Manager - DryBar provides operational leadership, training, development and support to their region/staff and ensures all locations maintain proper operational controls, administrative functions, procedures and systems to ensure operational efficiency and effectively grow the organization.


What you’ll do:

  • Conduct monthly on-site audits to assess operating system compliance against company standards, policies, and procedures to maximize return on investment
  • Other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
  • Handle development, discipline and separations as needed and in accordance with company policies
  • Weekly travel to locations within your region, with occasional (quarterly) travel to our Raleigh HQ
  • Ensure facilities operate in accordance with all local, state and federal laws
  • Work to identify existing and potential problems in regional facilities and implement plans to alleviate those problems
  • Ensure that locations are following company policies and procedures
  • Review Weekly and Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting to identify operational gaps and make recommendations on areas for improvement
  • Participate in the sourcing, hiring and training of regional staffing needs
  • Verify and input payroll data on a bi-weekly basis for entire region
  • Review Monthly P&L reports with recommendations to improve performance while increasing revenues and decreasing expenses
  • Execute proper administration and timely submission of all reports, documentation and information
  • Help locations set and attain short and long term operational and staffing goals
  • Conduct personnel job performance evaluations and make recommendations to executive management regarding such matters as the condition of equipment in each facility, as well as the overall maintenance of each facility in the assigned region
  • Plan and implement day to day practices to ensure the efficient and proper use of materials and HR policies and procedures over the assigned region
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports by setting expectations, training and managing employee performance, with a focus on scheduling utilization


What you’ll have:

  • A natural ability to problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate tasks in an ever-changing work environment
  • Basic computer skills, including G-Suite, social media, CMS, time keeping, video conferencing, and other business related software
  • A polished, professional attitude and appearance at all times
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate with confidence with guests and co-workers
  • Demonstrated management experience as a sales, operations, or general manager
  • A passion for people, sales, operations, and unparalleled customer service
  • Strong leadership presence with an ability to coach team members through complex work related issues
  • Superior organization and problem solving with extensive experience in project management
  • Outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful attitude
  • Flexibility with schedule; including availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Results oriented, metrics driven approach
  • An ability to continually inspire, influence, train, and motivate support staff
