Regional Logistics Manager Jobs

Minimum qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in strategy planning, business case development, project/program management, budgeting, or team management.
• 8 years of experience managing warehouse logistics, 3PL partnerships, and supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S.
• Experience in supply chain finance.
• Passion for continuous improvement at scale.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or project management.
• Project or Supply Chain Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CLTD, CSCP, CPIM).

About The Job
Our Global Logistics team is helping build Google's planet-scale computer powering all of Google's services (Cloud, Gmail, YouTube, Search, etc.). We manage critical parts of the supply chain to turn raw components into serving capacity in our data centers. Our team of experts collaborate on challenging problems daily across warehousing, transportation, global trade compliance, and order management.
As a Regional Logistics Manager, you will lead multiple warehouse locations where our Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) will provide all required campus logistics services. In addition to managing the local daily operations, you will lead process improvement programs that can scale across the globe with the other warehouse locations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL partners with associates on their teams dedicated to our account including account management, spend controls, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), metrics management, and escalation management.
• Create, lead, and support Continuous Improvement and cross-functional initiatives with a focus on On Time and in Full Improvements.
• Own the day-to-day logistics operations management of multiple warehouse locations, utilize industry best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve performance, reduce cost, and maintain a safe workplace.
• Create and manage large budgets each year including contracting, F&OP, and staff planning.
• Own and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics changes and/or improvements.
