Recruitment Director - Head Of Miami Office

At Investigo our mission is to be the go-to business for sourcing interim and permanent talent in the professional services arena - and we're expanding to MIAMI, FLORIDA!

We are hiring an Associate Director/Director to head up and scale our Miami office. This is both a production and leadership role and while Tech recruitment experience is preferred, we are open to what Miami's market focus will be.

This role will likely be based out of Downtown Miami - 2x/week onsite. Upon starting, you will work on building a new market or expanding an existing US area of focus, and will be responsible for building out and hiring for your team over time.

This is a great opportunity to bring your entrepreneurial leadership talents to a high performing and collaborative organization. As a leader, your time will be split between managing/growing a team and personally contributing by managing your own book of business.

**This opportunity offers a base salary, plus uncapped commission and team overhead earnings. The level of this leadership opening is flexible and based on experience, as are our salaries. Sponsorship is available for qualified UK Nationals.

What we need from you:

• Strong Business Development (BD)/Sales experience (winning new business, signing new terms, pulling jobs).
• Experience directly managing/leading/building teams.
• Scale a team through individuals you hire, onboard, and manage while also challenging yourself to continue to self-generate revenue.
• Strong desire to support others on their journey to becoming a top performer.
• Technical recruitment background is preferred, but we are open to considering strong profiles with specialties in other markets
• Ability to become a market expert, natural leader, and have big visions and insatiable appetites for more.
• Proven history of success in a staffing agency environment, operating a full 360 desk.

Your responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and lead a team of Recruitment Consultants at various experience levels.
• Support individuals to achieve personal goals while simultaneously building a profitable desk.
• Be actively involved in the interview process and ensure an engaging onboarding and training experience.
• Support business strategy by auditing and challenging monthly forecasts.
• Build a strategy to maximize revenue by having a strong commercial understanding of your market, from both a client and candidate perspective.
• First and foremost, building strong relationships! (Internally and externally)
• Identify, engage and mobilize the very best talent in your market.
• Negotiation and complex full cycle 360 deal management (client and candidate processes).
