Regional Operations Manager - Miami, Fl

ServiceUp is looking for a Regional Operations Manager in Miami, Florida.
Our consumer platform offers the most convenient way to repair and maintain fleet customer vehicles. Our Service Advisors work with you directly: getting the fairest price, scheduling the service, even driving and picking up the cars from the shop - all included in a price that is guaranteed to be the lowest.

Regional Operation Managers (ROM) are a critical piece of ServiceUp’s success in market expansion. This is an intense, business-side startup role. There's no such thing as a typical day, and to excel you must be self-motivated, have exceptional interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and prioritize growth. Our ROMs handle everything from identifying geographic expansion opportunities, building our launch playbook, defining partner shop strategy to acquire new customers. Here’s What You’ll Do

• Manage - Create and own workflows that keep launch projects on track from beginning to end.
• Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve new market opportunities. Influence the launch vision and growth strategy of ServiceUp through market research and industry trend analysis.
• Scaling market- We need someone with experience in market expansion. We are looking for one to take charge of entering ServiceUp into the Florida market! Work conditionally with the market expansion team to lift the market off the floor!
• Strategize – Recruit and train local operations members, which may include a City Manager, Partner Shop Representatives and Drivers. Consistently innovate and execute on unique strategies in our top priority markets (Miami, FL). Being the first team member in a new city, you will build out the strategy and infrastructure for our local operations teams to succeed in the market!
• Analyze – Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of acquisition, engagement, and retention programs and experiments on all sides of our marketplace.
• Create - Create networking events in your city! Build a ServiceUp name with your leadership! You go above and beyond our guidance to lead sourcing strategies to achieve the goal.
• Build – Generate new business by exploring growth opportunities.
• Experiment - Use data-driven decision making and sound business judgment to run tests on everything from pickup times to auto shop selection in new markets.

Here’s the background we would like you to have:

• Analytical background

• Comfortable working with stakeholders of varying levels, including senior leadership
• Experience in story-telling, and making data driven decisions
• Conflict resolution management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 3+ years of startup, operations management, consulting, or technology background
