Personal Assistant - Miami

About Our Client

• Handle reimbursements for the organization and CEO
• Liaise with the NYC Executive Assistants as needed
• Ensure that the office is running smoothly
• Manage the CEO's personal & work calendar
• Support the CEO with in-office & personal household support
• Travel within the Miami area for the CEO as needed
• Restock the home with food, supplies, etc.
• Arrange international & domestic travel arrangements including, flights, transportation, hotel, etc.
• Handle household maintenance such as cleaning, landscape, etc.

The Successful Applicant

• Able to work on-site 9am-5pm and additional hours as needed
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Bachelors Degree is preferred
• Able to work weekends (1x every 3 weeks)
• 2-5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant
• Must be local to the Miami Beach area
• Able to work in a fast paced work environment
• Must be able to be flexible and adaptable
• Must like dogs :)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
