We are a General Contractor that has steadily grown throughout the years and we have a specific focus in building new multi-family properties, with a large pipeline of upcoming deals. We are looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to to our team in Miami, FL. We need someone to help construct some market-rate, garden-style, Multi-family projects so if this sounds like the role for you, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

• Budget for labor and material
• Guide projects from moment of award through pre-construction, construction, and post construction phases
• Schedule and attend regular meetings with building owners
• MEP, Slab, Finishes etc.
• Garden-Style, mid-rise projects
• Scheduling, Staffing

What You Need for this Position

• 4+ years Ground Up PM exp
• 4+ years of Construction Project Management experience
